We accept returns only in the case of defective or damaged merchandise.
The defect must be reported via email to our address info@rusticideltrusco.it, attaching clear and detailed photos within 10 working days of receiving the goods.
Furthermore, it is necessary to return the item, again within 10 working days, in the same condition in which it was received, i.e., intact, unused, in its original packaging, and using a valid traceable shipping method (e.g., courier).
As soon as the goods are received, we will contact you. Upon receipt, we will check that the goods are intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
If this right is forfeited, we will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the sender for shipping costs.
Once the defective goods have been received and inspected, you can choose between:
- a voucher that must be used within one year of activation, otherwise the credit will expire;
- refund of the money via transfer to a bank or postal account, indicating the IBAN, account number, and name of the account holder;
- Product replacement, where available
Returns are not accepted for changes of mind, order errors, or material already used.
The refund will be made Made within 30 days of returning the goods.
Nb: Since stone is a natural material, variations in color, veining, or shading are to be considered a characteristic of the product and cannot constitute grounds for a dispute or return request.
